Countering Terrorism in the International Arena: An Evaluation

By ignoring the domestic concerns of its partners in the Global War on Terror, the United States has built one-sided relationships that have ultimately resulted in unsuccessful anti-terrorism efforts. If its partnerships are to be effective, the United States must take other countries’ domestic issues into consideration.
