Abstract

“Never is Burning, Caught” is an experimental, process-driven poem that was created through mirroring another poem (making the first word the last word, the second word the second-to-last word, and so on) and adding herbs wherever possible. The resulting poem reflects the fluidity of self into the natural world, down to the bleeding of syntax and sense.
