This essay proposes transnational reproductive justice as a useful approach to the liberation of multiply marginalized women. I center the systematic terror and denigration of women of color by various institutions, practices, and policies in order to demonstrate why we need a reproductive justice approach to address dynamic state-sanctioned violence. After explaining the content and significance of a reproductive justice framework, I explain the possibilities a transnational perspective on reproductive justice offers to address interrelated global forces of domination.
