From Access to Achievement: Fulfilling the Promise

The editors of this special issue on minority access and achievement introduce papers prepared by representatives of the research and policy communities for a Ford Foundation-funded National Invitational Conference. They also summarize the recommendations to state and institutional leaders developed out of the discussion stimulated by the papers.
