D., professor of Scripture and Biblical languages at the Crosier House of Studies, Fort Wayne, Indiana, a member of the summer school faculty at the University of San Francisco, has published a commentary on the Macchabees in the Old Testament Reading Guide series of the Liturgical Press and contributed to many scholarly journals. WILLIAM H. KANE, 0. P., Ph. D., S. T. D., founder and long-time director of The Albertus Magnus Lyceum, River Forest, Illinois, co-author of Science in Synthesis, frequent contributor to THE THOMIST, Review of Metaphysics, and The New Scholasticism, continues his teaching, scholarly research and writing at the Dominican House of Studies, River Forest, Illinois. D., professor of Pedagogy at the Dominican House of Studies, Dover, Massachusetts, is the author of two studies, God Exists and The Natural Law, published by the Paulist Press. LAWRENCE CoNcoRDIA, 0.
