Alan Sandman ARTLINKTM Electronic Information Center for the Arts is an interactive online information and referral service . It offers Exhibition Guides, an Artists' Registry, a Censorship Clearinghouse, a Stolen Art list, Health Hazards and a variety of other message-based forums. ARTLINKTM focuses on the visual arts, but is expanding to include literary and performing arts as well. There are four types of information on ARTLINKTM: questionnaires, messages, files and a subscriber directory. The questionnaires are used in Exhibition Guides, the Artists' Registry and the Artists' Model Registry to give users a list of exhibits, artists or models who meet their criteria based on location, period of the work, type of work shown (or created) and additional criteria that define the work (or the type of work one does).
