I consider the overproduction of both objects and ideas, and also the lack of values that stops any selection, a syndrome not only of the present reality but also of the artistic one. I choose one among many possible answers to this state of things: I concentrate on one problem, one idea, and I execute just one object that communicates it, one painting.
