A unique way of generating three-dimensional configurations has allowed the author to define a new self all-space filling polyhedron. Whole sequences of polyhedra are generated by this mechanism which he calls ‘foundation sutures’. According to suture theory, space is not featureless when sutured to matter—space is twisted or warped in the presence of matter.
