Abstract
Six contemporary dancers dressed as elegant party guests at an Art Gallery of Ontario benefit gala staged a range of “accidental” falls—some discreet and some theatrical—to create the impression that the museum was somehow dangerously slippery and unstable in Toronto-based artist Diane Borsato’s Falling Piece (2010).
