william aaronson earned his Ph.D. in Health Administration in 1986 from Temple University. He is currently the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs at Temple’s Fox School of Business and Management, and his current research interest focuses on the impact of pedagogical changes and experiential learning on learning outcomes and competency development.

gary blau earned his Ph.D. at the University of Cincinnati in 1982. His research interests focus on understanding employee attitudes and behaviors, and student related outcomes.

deborah campbell is currently the Vice Dean at Temple’s Fox School of Business and Management and has over 26 years of experience in higher education with extensive experience in the areas of strategic marketing, curriculum development, policy implementation, academic advising, sustainability, career and student professional development, diversity and ethics programming, assessment, enrollment management.

annamary l. consalvo is an assistant professor of Literacy Studies at The University of Texas at Tyler. She is interested in the interplay between the relational and instructional elements in classroom settings as well as how adolescents construct their in- and out-of-school literacies.

christopher cratsley is the Director of Assessment at Fitchburg State University. His administrative areas of expertise include learning outcomes assessment, faculty professional development, student retention, strategic planning and STEM Education. satyajit karnik earned his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan in 2000. His teaching specialty is in financial derivatives and risk management.

carol lerch is Assistant Vice President for Assessment and Planning at Worcester State University, where she leads the assessment and strategic planning initiatives across the university. Her interest in assessment came through her work as a mathematics professor and educational action researcher.

mark manderino is the Director of Student Engagement Assessment at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently a PhD candidate in Higher Education at Loyola University Chicago.

christopher a. mccullough is a faculty member in the School of Education at Saint Xavier University. His research agenda is focused on student outcomes assessment and he has been engaged in school- and university-wide initiatives to support professional and regional continuing accreditation.

ruth c. slotnick is the Director of Assessment at Bridgewater State University; at the time of this study she was the Director of Articulation and Assessment at Mount Wachusett Community College.
