Abstract

Ken Cameron’s HowiRan is a shuffleable audio-performance, presented in a library, about imprisoned Iranian-Canadian blogger HosseinDerakhshan. Audience members choose one of three coloured iPods offered at the show, each offering a different journey through the space and through the experiences of Iranian-Canadian immigrants. The performance is divided into three parts: green, white, and red. The reader is invited to select the colour of the script to read first.
