  • Editor’s Note

I am delighted to announce that Early American Literature is now the official journal of the Society of Early Americanists. The agreement among the leadership of the SEA, the editor of EAL, and the staff at the University of North Carolina Press formalizes a long-standing connection between the journal and the society that provides benefits to all parties. Members of the society will receive a print subscription to Early American Literature, beginning with the spring issue of 2014. EAL retains its affiliation with the Modern Language Association.

Early American Literature has advanced its digital presence by creating a Twitter account (@Early_Am_Lit). Follow us to get the latest updates on recent issues, journal-related opportunities, upcoming Americanist conferences, and more. [End Page 621]
