In our April issue awards list, we omitted a key award announcement: the 2013 Laura Ingalls Wilder Award for a substantial and lasting contribution to literature for children goes to Katherine Paterson. Our apologies to the very memorable Ms. Paterson, award committee, and Laura Ingalls Wilder for the inexplicable omission.
