page 366, first full paragraph, line 5: “Dorothea” should be inserted before “Gallaway”

page 370, notes: the notes are wrongly numbered and appear in the wrong order. Note 1 should be numbered 2 and should appear second; note 2 should be numbered 1 and should appear first.
