Articles submitted for publication should be printed double-spaced (on only one side of the page) with the right-hand margin unjustified; this applies also to indented quotations and notes. As manuscripts under consideration for publication are reviewed anonymously, the author's name should not appear on the title page or in the headers or footers. Only one printed copy need be supplied. In addition to the hard copy, authors should also send a digital version of the text as an email attachment saved as a Word file (1997 or later).
