Editors’ Note

The editors would like to express their thanks to those members of the Bulletin’s Advisory Editorial Board whose terms concluded at the end of 2011: Bert Hansen, Joel Howell, Mary Lindemann, and Elizabeth Watkins. We are grateful for their advice and support over the last three years. We welcome and look forward to working with new Board Members Hal Cook, Alice Dreger, Rick Keller, and Heather Prescott. We look forward to seeing all of our Board Members this year in Baltimore, as the AAHM meeting comes to Johns Hopkins. We would also like to thank Mike Sappol for all of his hard work pioneering our Media Reviews section.

In addition, we would like to express our thanks to all of the anonymous reviewers who kindly lend us their time and expertise in working on BHM manuscripts throughout the year.

We would like to announce that the next issue of the Bulletin will feature a new cover design. Gone will be the white and red cover that readers have become familiar with over the past few years. We hope the design update will provide the Bulletin with a fresher look, while keeping the focus on the journal’s excellent scholarly contributions.
