ANNOUNCEMENTS Casper College invites applications for the ninth annual lecture in the Margaret Demorest Lectures in the Humanities to be held in Casper, Wyoming, spring semester, 1994. The honorarium is $1,000 plus travel expenses . Humanities scholars are invited to submit lecture proposals that examine the role of the humanities in producing change in all aspects of society. Proposals with multi-cultural aspects are especially encouraged. The Demorest Lecturer will present a keynote speech around which Casper College will organize a two-day humanities festival. By January 31, 1993, applicants should submit vita, 500-word proposal, sample bibliography, and three references to: Marianne North, Chairperson, The Margaret Demorest Lecture Series, Casper College, 125 College Drive, Casper, WY 82601. An association has been formed to encourage study of the works of Sinclair Lewis.
