Publisher's Note: Every year, the Gallaudet Research Institute sends a questionnaire to schools and programs asking them to update their information in the previous year's Reference issue. The following list provides information on those schools and programs in the United States that were included in the 2010 but not the 2011 Reference issue because their questionnaires were not received. The listings do not include personnel. Programs that have not responded since 2009 are found at the end of each state's listing. In addition, the list contains full information on the schools and programs that completed and returned questionnaires too late to be included in the 2011 Reference issue.
