Robert E. Bonner, Professor Emeritus of History at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, is interested in the development history of Wyoming. He has published essays in Agricultural History and the Western Historical Quarterly.

Tracy A. Campbell is Associate Professor of History at the University of Kentucky.

Joseph Behar has a Ph.D. in modern British history from the University of Toronto. His dissertation dealt with the foreign labor recruitment policy of the British Labour governments of 1945–51. He currently teaches at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada.

Sara Dant Ewert is an Assistant Professor of History at Weber State University. Her recent scholarship has focused on the environmental politics of Senator Frank Church (D-Idaho). Her forthcoming book, co-authored with Hal Rothman, is entitled Encyclopedia of American National Parks (M. E. Sharpe).

William F. Shughart II is F.A.P. Barnard Distinguished Professor of Economics and holder of the Robert M. Hearin Chair at The University of Mississippi. He is, most recently, the co-editor (with Charles K. Rowley and Robert D. Tollison) of The Economics of Budget Deficits, 2 vols. (Cheltenham, U.K., and Northampton, Mass.: Edward Elgar, 2002), and a member of the advisory board and major contributor to the forthcoming Encyclopedia of Public Choice, ed. Charles K.
