Announcements NEH Summer Seminar for College Teachers. Applications are invited for a seminar on "The Protestant Imagination: From Tyndale to Milton." Marlowe, Shakespeare, Spenser, Donne, Herbert, and Milton are among the authors whose writings may be considered within their immediate religious, historical, political, and social context. Applications are welcome from teachers and scholars who specialize in English Renaissance literature and from historians of British religion, society, politics, and art. Faculty in departments with Ph.D. programs are not eligible. This eight-week seminar will meet at The Ohio State University from June 18 to August 10, 1990.
