To be considered, the book must have been published between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2002. To be considered, the book must have been published between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2002. To be considered, the article must have been published in a refereed journal between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2002. Candidates should submit six copies of the article to: Franklin W.
