Box 208206, New Haven, CT 06520–8206. Unsolicited book reviews will be considered for publication.

Manuscript submissions must include an abstract of 150–200 words. Articles should be accompanied by a cover sheet with the title of the article, author's name, institutional affiliation, and contact information. Because JMEWS uses a double-blind peer review process, articles should not include the author's name. Authors are also asked to provide a resumé or short CV.

Articles must be in English, double-spaced, with a 12-point font and a one-inch margin throughout, and should be between 7,500 – 10,000 words, including main text, block text, references, and endnotes. Quotations of 50 words or more should be block-indented. Works cited must be listed in the reference section, and vice versa.

JMEWS conforms to the Chicago Manual of Style and uses the author-date system for citations and references. Detailed submission guidelines are posted online at [End Page 128]
