Bradley R. Clampitt (Ph.D., University of North Texas, 2006) is assistant professor of history at East Central University. His forthcoming book examines military and civilian morale in the Civil War's western theater and will be published by Louisiana State University Press.
Adam Wesley Dean graduated in May 2010 with a Ph.D. in U.S. history from the University of Virginia, specializing in the Civil War era. He is currently adjunct professor at the University of Richmond.
Samuel Negus is a Ph.D. candidate at Texas Christian University. He earned his B.A. at the University of Bristol, England, in 2003 and his M.A. at Georgia State University in 2005. [End Page 324]
