CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS ISSUE Brian Holden Reid is Senior Lecturer in War Studies, King's College , London, and since 1987 has been Resident Historian at the British Army Staff College, Camberley, of which he is a graduate. He is the author of J. F. C. Fuller: Military Thinker and recent publications include editing, with John White, American Studies: Essays in Honour of Marcus Cunliffe.
