Joung Yeon (J.Y.) Kim is an assistant professor of Management Information Systems (MIS) at School of Business, Indiana University Kokomo. She received her Ph.D. degree in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Her research focuses on understanding user behavior in online marketplaces, revenue management of IT service firms, and accounting information systems. Her articles have been published in journals such as e-Service Journal, Review of Business Research, and Journal of Academy of Business and Economics.

Eric Wulf is a software developer at Double-Take Software in Indianapolis who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 2006. In the past he has developed several popular commercial applications that facilitate real-time data replication, backup, migration and disaster recovery. Areas of research interest include exploiting latent parallelism, concurrent software systems and real-time simulations. On a day-to-day basis Eric is primarily concerned with creating maintainable, intuitive and flexible software.

Steven Alter is Professor of Information Systems at the University of San Francisco. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. at MIT. He was a founding vice president of Consilium, a manufacturing software firm that went public and was acquired by Applied Materials. His research for the last decade has concerned developing systems analysis concepts and methods that can be used by typical business professionals and can support communication with IT professionals. His 2006 book, The Work System Method: Connecting People, Processes, and IT for Business Results, is a distillation and extension of ideas in 1992, 1996, 1999, and 2002 editions of his information system textbook. His articles have been published in many journals and conference proceedings.

Mary Tate is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She has many years IT industry experience, including Service Delivery Manager for Victoria University’s IT department, and managing the Internet channel for a major bank. Since joining Victoria University in 2001 she has embarked on a research career with more than 30 peer-reviewed publications including journal articles, book chapters and conference presentations. Mary has co-chaired a mini-track on ICT and customer service at the HICSS conference for the last seven years. [End Page 86]

Joerg Evermann is an associate professor of Information Systems with Memorial University of Newfoundland, in St. John’s, Canada. He received his Dipl. Wirt.-Inf. from the University of Muenster, Germany. After receiving his PhD from the University of British Columbia, he was a lecturer with Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, before returning to Canada. Joerg has over 40 peer reviewed publications and his work has appeared in international journals such as Information Systems Journal, Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering.

Anupam Nath is currently final year doctoral student at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received his BS and MS in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. His current research focuses on emerging technologies and its impact on people as well as on the organizations. His teaching interests include Database Management Systems, Systems analysis and Design, and Networking. He has presented and participated in many international conferences and events such as AMCIS, DSI and MISQE workshop.

Rahul Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management, Bryan School of Business and Economics at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He obtained his Ph.D. in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. His research interests include Systems Security, Secure Business Process Design, Semantic eBusiness, Knowledge Management, Intelligent Agents, Data mining and Machine learning. His research work has been published in leading IS Journals including Journal of AIS (JAIS), IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Management, eService Journal, International Journal of Semantic Web and Information Systems, International Journal of Intelligent Information Technologies, Information Resources Management Journal, International Journal of Production Engineering Socio-Economic Planning Sciences.
