An index of those articles published from 1974 to 1984 is provided in the April 1984 Reference Issue. The focus for 1985 is on key position papers and standards which have been approved by the Conference of Educational Administrators Serving the Deaf (CEASD) and/or the Council on Education ofthe Deaf (CED). These statements have previously been distributed in Conference Proceedings and other limited distribution publications. They have been brought together here for the convenience of the reader.
