Abstract

The unique characteristics of the gifted hearing-impaired student are discussed. These bright and creative minds present a need to create a new design for media. Flexibility of response and use are among the keys to this design. The students can profit from the opportunity to interact and create their own media. The future is bright for a multitude of media uses with this exciting student population.
