A survey questionnaire was administered to 32 deaf subjects to determine their knowledge of and interest in certain aspects of audiology and the services offered by audiologists. Issues examined included: communication, practices in audiology, deafness, hearing, the auditory system, delivery of specific services to the deaf community and general interrelationships in the deaf community.
