Editor's Note

The articles in this issue by Robert Corrington and Donald Crosby are versions of papers originally presented in March of 2009 as part of a special HI ARPT panel on "American Religious Naturalism: Yesterday and Today" at the 36th annual convention of the Society for Advancement of American Philosophy, held at Texas A&M University. Mike Hogue's article originated as a talk given in May of 2008 at a symposium in Chicago cosponsored by the Terra Foundation and the Loyola University Museum of Art. Donald Viney's article represents the text of his AJTP lecture delivered last November at the 2009 American Academy of Religion Meeting in Montreal.
