In our article, “ The First Literary Hamlet and the Commonplacing of Professional Plays” (Shakespeare Quarterly 59 [2008]: 371–420), one play was inadvertently omitted from Table 1, “First-edition plays with printed commonplace markers for English sententiae through 1642” (pages 405 to 407). Lewis Sharpe’s The Noble Stranger (1640), a professional play, uses marginal commas to mark English sententiae. We should have included this edition in our list. [End Page 150]
