Edgar Huang is an associate professor in the School of Informatics, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. His articles on youth news consumption, media convergence, streaming media, copyright issues concerning DVD ripping, online imaging, documentary photography history, digital imaging manipulation, and the Internet and national development have been published in various journals such as Convergence, Newspaper Research Journal, Journalism and Communication Monographs, Visual Communication Quarterly, and Information Technology for Development. Huang has won national awards for his multimedia productions.

Joung Yeon Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems (MIS) at the School of Business, Indiana University Kokomo. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Management with a concentration in MIS from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management in 2006. Her research focuses on the issues of pricing and innovation decisions concerning consecutive versions of IT-intensive products, IT outsourcing, revenue management of IT service firms, and online service marketplaces for IT projects. Her work has been published in Journal of Academy of Business and Economics and the proceedings of INFORMS Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST) and Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS).

Colin Onita is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Management Information Systems of the University of Memphis, where he also earned his Master’s Degree in MIS in 2006. His research deals with knowledge management and information search, medical information source choice and usage issues, strategic alignment of the development and testing functions, and issues related to emerging web-enabled information technologies.

Robin S. Poston is a Systems Testing Research Fellow for the FedEx Institute of Technology at the University of Memphis, and Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis. Dr. Poston’s research focuses on understanding how individuals use credibility information in decision support systems, web-based knowledge management applications, recommender and feedback systems, internet-based dissemination of information, and systems testing management. She has published [End Page 72] articles in publications such as MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Management, Journal of Organizational and End User Computing, Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, and in major international conference proceedings.

Katie J. Suda received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her pharmacy practice residency at Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, a pharmacokinetics fellowship at the Clinical Pharmacokinetics Laboratory, and an infectious diseases and outcomes fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She then served as Coordinator of Medication Use Policy at Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis and as part-time faculty at the Universities of Mississippi and Tennessee. Currently Dr. Suda serves as Associate Professor and Director of the Drug Information Center at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Suda has written more than fifteen articles in the professional literature and presented more than fifty papers and speeches locally, nationally and internationally. [End Page 73]
