Correction: In table 3 on page 355 under the subheading “Country of origin (HDI),” the label “High HDI” should be interchanged with the label “Medium HDI.” Switching these two labels makes the data in the rows correspond accurately with the labels. The labels “Low HDI” and “Not reported” are reported correctly. This error does not lead to any changes in the authors' results or discussion.
