Some people say I am a mountain mama, Because I grew up in the valley near a creek. Some people say I would never fit in Because I don’t have it and can’t find it. I might be a mountain mama but I didn’t have to look very far, Right there in front of me was it, On my left side was it, On my right side was it, I was surrounded with it. My body was covered in it and It stuck to me like a second skin. It was my love for me, That made me love others. It was my self-confidence that I had so much I had to share it. It was my willingness to respect others, It made them respect me. This very moment, I realize I got it And you just want it. [End Page 92]
