Doyle Ray Quiggle, Jr., is an independent scholar living in Germany. He earned his doctorate in British and American literature at Washington University in St. Louis.

Stephanie Hawkins is Assistant Professor of English at the University of North Texas. She is currently working on a book entitled The Romance of National Geographic: The Making of an American Icon.

Jaques Khalip is Assistant Professor of English at Brown University where he specializes in Romanticism, lyric poetry, and queer theory. He is author of Anonymous Life: Romanticism and Dispossession, forthcoming. His current project explores the aesthetics of aggression in Enlightenment and post-Enlightenment literature and culture.

Steve Hawley lives with his family in White Salmon, WA, where he is hard at work on a book about river ecology, native fishing rights, and endangered Pacific salmon. He graduated with an M.A. in literature from the University of Montana in 2006.

Timothy Materer is Professor of English at the University of Missouri. He has edited two volumes of Ezra Pound's letters and written four books on modern authors, including James Merrill's Apocalypse. [End Page 147]
