Classification of integer-valued symmetric forms

We classify all ${\bf Z}$-valued symmetric forms that are reduced in the sense that they cannot be represented nontrivially by another ${\bf Z}$-valued symmetric form. We determine the possible values of the discriminant and signature of each such form and also the number of genera of the forms with the given discriminant and signature.
