Ewen A. Cameron is Senior Lecturer in Scottish History at the University of Edinburgh and joint editor of the Scottish Historical Review. He is convenor of the Council of the Economic and Social History Society of Scotland and was formerly Secretary of the Scottish Historical Review Trust and a member of the Council of the Scottish History Society.
John B. Osborne is an Emeritus Professor of History at Millersville University of Pennsylvania where he taught courses in English history and European intellectual history and directed the University Honors Program.
Gary Simons is a former academic scientist and business executive who has published widely in scientific disciplines. He holds a Ph.D in Chemistry from the Johns Hopkins University, was a tenured faculty member at Wichita State University, and subsequently held Vice President level positions at two major information technology companies. He retired early to pursue a life long interest in English literature, and is currently in the doctoral English literature program at the University of South Florida.
Larry K. Uffelman, Professor Emeritus of English, English Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA, is a long-time member of RSVP. He has contributed to and edited VPR’s bibliography of scholarship on periodicals. He has also published on Charles Kingsley’s serialized novels and, most recently, on Elizabeth Gaskell’s serial fiction. [End Page 357]
