T. A. Barringer
The compiler, T. A. Barringer, was formerly librarian of the Royal Commonwealth Society Library. An experienced bibliographer, she is currently editor of African Research and Documentation, the journal of SCOLMA (Standing Conference on Library Materials on Africa).
