Frank J. Wetta is vice president of academic affairs at Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey. He has written on Civil War and Reconstruction and is the coauthor with Stephen J. Curley of Celluloid Wars: A Guide to Film and the American Experience of War (Greenwood Press, 1992).

Kenneth W. Noe is Draughon Professor of Southern History at Auburn University. His most recent work is as coeditor of Politics and Culture of the Civil War Era: Essays in Honor of Robert W.
