Jim Eck serves as assistant provost and associate professor at Rollins College. He is past president of the Southern Association for Institutional Research. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from Ball State, an M.B.A. from Samford, and a Ph.D. in higher education from the University of Georgia.

Darla Fletcher is a web specialist for Academic Affairs at the University of Memphis and serves as communication specialist for the Southern Association for Institutional Research. She has a master's degree in English with a concentration in professional and technical writing and a technical degree in information technology/web applications development.

Nancy Lampert is an assistant professor in the Department of Art Education at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond.

Katherine Merrill serves as a research assistant in the Provost's Office at Rollins College. She oversees projects related to institutional research and assessment.
