Council. By-law Committee. "The council shall consist of officers of the Association, the immediate past President, and twelve Regular Members elected for three-year terms at an annual meeting by plurality of Regular Members voting. The President shall act as Chairman of the Council. Six shall constitute a quorum of the Council." One member must be a resident of New York State. There are three officers, each with two-year terms; the President and VP elected in even years; the Secretary/Treasurer elected in odd years.
