Richard Handler, Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Virginia, is the author of Nationalism and the Politics of Culture in Québec (1988), and is currently writing an ethnography of Colonial Williamsburg.

Daniel Segal  

Daniel Segal, Associate Professor of Anthropology and Historical Studies at Pitzer College in Claremont, California, writes on nationalism, colonialism, and the Caribbean; he is the editor of Crossing Cultures: Essays in the Displacement of Western Civilization (1992).
