Gilbert DeMeza  

Gilbert DeMeza is an Ybor City native and Professor Emeritus of Art at the University of Tampa. He earned his MFA at the University of Georgia. His work has been shown in numerous exhibitions, including The Southeast Annual, High Museum, Atlanta; Drawing Invitational, Purdue University, and the University of Georgia Art Gallery. He presented a solo exhibition at the HCC Art Gallery, Ybor City, in 2012 entitled “Notes of Interest.”
