Obituary

The Journal of Dramatic Theory and Criticism mourns the passing of former Managing Editor, Joy D. Richmond, and remembers her years of service to the journal. Joy's term as managing editor of JDTC ran from Fall 2002 to Spring 2007, while she studied in the University of Kansas doctoral program in Theatre. After earning her PhD, Joy taught and directed productions at Trinity Valley Community College, and she continued to work in scholarly publishing as a professional managing editor for several journals. Joy was a dedicated and talented member of the editorial team, and will be greatly missed by her colleagues.
