The conference, which was the twenty-fifth in the Social Research conference series, cele­ brated the tenth anniversaiy of The New School’s Graduate Program in International Affairs (GPIA), and was organized by the issue’s three guest coeditors: Nehal Bhuta, Sakiko Fukuda-Parr, and Miriam Ticktin. The New School’s Center for Public Scholarship hosted the conference in collaboration with GPIA.
