The fellowship, which carries a stipend of $1,500, is for a period of one to three months during Spring 1994 to conduct research at YIVO's library and Archives. Educational Opportunities International Relations The College of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee announces a spring semester study abroad program in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This program offers English-language courses dealing with international relations and with Israel and the Middle East. Courses will be taught by leading faculty members of the Hebrew University, and small class sizes will provide an opportunity for considerable interaction with instructors. A special feature of the program is a three-credit internship in an Israeli, Palestinian,· or international organization. The internship provides an opportunity to meet and work with people outside of the university setting.
