Announcement The Foundationfor Intellectual History announces its second Postgraduate Seminar to be held at the Herzog August Bibliothek, Woifenbtittel (Germany), from August 31 to September 13, 199~, on "Method in Sixteenth-Century Aristotle Commentaries." The idea of the seminar, which will bring together some five senior and twelve junior scholars, is to close the gap in our knowledge of Aristotelian methodological thinking in the century before Galileo by a cooperative effort. The following professors are invited: Charles Burnett (London), Luce Giard (Paris), Nicholas Jardine (Cambridge), Eckhard Kessler (Mfinchen), Charles H. Lohr (Freiburg), William A. Wallace (Washington, D.C.).
