Still, Jr., of Why the South Lost the Civil War. B. Kevin Bennett is a civilian attorney with the U.S. Air Force at Newark Air Force Base, Ohio. He is also a reserve officer with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. William L. Richter has written several articles and two books on various aspects of the military reoccupation of Texas after the Civil War. ...
