Abstract

A recent visit by author and playwright Tomson Highway to the University of the Fraser Valley was the occasion for a cast reunion of a 2000 production of The Rez Sisters. One of the event’s organizers, MICHELLE LA FLAMME, sees the play’s twenty-five year legacy as one that conveys the spirit of community performance and one that has helped indigenize the institution.
