Black Male Writers: A Special Section: Thomas Sayers Ellis, Photographer

THOMAS SAYERS ELLIS is a poet and one of the founders of the Dark Room Collective. He is one of the three poets whose work is collected in Take Three, a recent Graywolf Press anthology. A co-editor of On the Verge: Emerging Poets and Artists, he has also published in such periodicals as Agni, The Kenyon Review, Southern Review, The Harvard Review, Ploughshares, and Callaloo. During the 1996 autumn term, he will begin teaching at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
