Professor Cornille (PhD Leuven) is chairperson of the Department of Theology at Boston College, Boston Massachusetts. She is founding editor-in-chief of the series Christian Commentaries on Non-Christian Sacred Texts (Peeters/Eerdmans). Her research interests focus on the theology of religions, the theory of interreligious dialogue, concrete questions in the Hindu-Christian and Buddhist-Christian dialogues, and the phenomenon of inculturation and intercultural theology, and she has authored or edited at least six books on these topics.
